REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the limited and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order and made-to-order items are produced specifically for each drop.

By placing an order for these items, you acknowledge that:

  • Production and shipping timelines are estimates

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistics

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.

Refunds will not be issued for orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees.


CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us first with any issues before filing a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in future purchase restrictions.
