SHIPPING
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) once they are ready to ship.
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
CARRIERS & SERVICES
We ship domestic and international orders primarily via USPS.
In certain cases, FedEx may be used depending on destination, package size, or service availability.
Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
PO BOXES, APO/FPO/DPO
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses when supported by the selected shipping service (such as USPS). Some FedEx services may not deliver to PO Boxes.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All items currently available on our store are pre-order items.
Pre-orders will ship once production is complete and inventory has arrived at our fulfillment location. Estimated shipping timelines, when available, will be shared via email updates.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and begin once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.
Delivery times may be affected by weather, peak shipping seasons, carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen disruptions in the supply chain. (Corruption in the system happens.)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
International shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and feesimposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
TRACKING
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after a shipping label is created.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you are unable to locate your package, please check alternate delivery locations and with neighbors, then contact the carrier directly. If you still need assistance, contact us with your order number — we’ll help however we can.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to reroute or modify shipping addresses once an order has shipped.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus shipping charges.
NO STORE PICKUP
We do not offer in-store, local, or curbside pickup.
